Applied in a light layer, or with a balm, Daiquiri is the red-orange from the palette for the Season.
In a heavier application, the formulation is highly pigmented and darker, beyond the believable lip boundary for most True Springs, and too warm for most Bright Springs. Here are two ways to use Daiquiri to great effect. First, mix it with Optimist gloss from the True Spring collection to create a beautiful, warm, light orange. Second, try it to brighten light or soft lipsticks. A True Spring client explained, “For a True Spring, this is a good product to have as a mixing pigment, providing a solution for increasing saturation, the opposite way that a golden gloss reduces overly-pigmented lipsticks.”
