Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final unless product or packaging are defective.

Be sure to try products first through your colour analyst. Within the same Season, women have variations in natural pigmentation, formulation preference, and skin chemistry, which may influence the suitability of a product. Colours are not guaranteed to be perfect for every woman in the same Season.

Cosmetic purchases are not returnable unless the plastic packaging is defective or the product is damaged. Defective items may be exchanged for the same or equivalent colour/product. The item must be unused, include the original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item.
